Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

In-Store Purchases – Return and Exchange Policy:
For purchases made in-store, returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Any issue with the product must be reported by email within 24 hours of the purchase date.
  • The product must be returned to the store within 3 calendar days of the purchase.
  • If these conditions are not met, no exchange or refund will be processed.

 

14-Day Withdrawal Right (Online Purchases):
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Belgian law, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. This period is often referred to as the “cooling-off period.”
